Security Customer Experience Engineer II
Tasks
- Act as liaison between engineering and customer stakeholders
- Analyze customer and partner feedback to find feature gaps and KPIs
- Analyze email threat telemetry message trace logs and investigation data
- Build automation using PowerShell and Power Automate
- Conduct root cause analysis and follow up with customers
- Configure Microsoft Defender for Office 365 policies and workflows
- Coordinate and escalate customer issues to internal teams
- Design and implement features tools and automation to improve quality
- Develop integrations using Microsoft Graph Security API
- Guide customers through releases updates and platform changes
- Identify product defects usage issues and misconfigurations using telemetry and feedback
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues using advanced diagnostics
- Perform feature reviews on new deployments and recommend improvements
- Provide technical guidance and best practices through forums
- Resolve complex technical issues in a 24x7x365 environment
- Run Advanced Hunting using Kusto Query Language
- Run proactive health checks for deployments
- Track and manage customer incidents with clear status updates
