Tasks
- Assist in infrastructure and security incident response
- Automate repetitive administrative tasks
- Enforce endpoint security policies configuration and compliance
- Execute project requirements
- Facilitate onboarding and deployment of EDR and XDR services
- Ingest threat intelligence and monitor emerging security tools
- Liaise with vendors and technical support teams
- Manage and troubleshoot EDR and XDR
- Manage application allowlisting and whitelisting
- Manage application ringfencing and elevation requests
- Perform daily operational tasks to meet SLAs
