Tasks
- Administer Active Directory and LDAP
- Align identity access controls with security requirements
- Collect audit evidence
- Escalate and resolve IAM incidents
- Generate access and audit reports
- Maintain IAM documentation and runbooks
- Manage IAM operations
- Monitor IAM systems for issues and anomalies
- Process access requests using approval workflows
- Provide IAM support to users and IT teams
- Provision deprovision and modify identities
- Remediate access risks and control gaps
- Support Continuous Service Improvement
- Support IAM upgrades and patches
- Support One Identity solutions
- Support access certification reviews and audits
- Troubleshoot IAM issues
