Security & Help Desk Support Specialist
Tasks
- Analyze phishing simulation results and recommend improvements
- Assist security investigations and preserve evidence
- Create and manage tickets in ServiceNow
- Deploy devices peripherals and standard office technology
- Follow change control verification and rollback practices
- Handle sensitive data with minimum necessary access for PII and PHI
- Improve least privilege access
- Maintain audit ready documentation for repeatable operations
- Maintain compliance evidence and documentation for regulated environment
- Manage Microsoft Defender and Intune endpoint security compliance and updates
- Perform Microsoft Entra ID access reviews and group access cleanup
- Provide on site IT support for laptops printers and meeting room setups
- Run KnowBe4 phishing simulations and security awareness activities
- Support security program operations across identity devices and phishing defense
- Troubleshoot device and network connectivity issues
- Update runbooks and internal documentation
