Security Operations Center Lead
Tasks
- Analyze incident risk and potential business impact
- Assess alarm data and recommend alarm reduction
- Assign team schedules to meet KPIs
- Ensure adherence to systems policies and performance standards
- Ensure service level agreement compliance
- Escalate high risk issues to senior management
- Lead response to life safety incidents via telephone and software
- Maintain records of communications and events
- Monitor CCTV access control alarm systems
- Operate emergency phone lines and triage incidents
- Oversee security operations center day to day activities
- Supervise security associates and provide coaching
- Support implementation of team initiatives and strategies
