Security Operations Center Officer - Corporate Building
Tasks
- Analyze security data incident reports and trends
- Conduct audits of security systems and recommend improvements
- Conduct patrols of business and perimeter
- Conduct threat assessments
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
- Handle security issues and emergency situations
- Monitor alarms
- Monitor closed circuit television systems
- Operate facility computer systems
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly security reports
- Provide customer service using safety and security procedures
- Respond to and document security incidents with escalation
- Respond to incidents and critical situations
- Support investigations with evidence collection and documentation
- Train security personnel on protocols and emergency response
