Tasks
- Align SOC operations with policies regulatory requirements and audits
- Coordinate laboratory emergency response
- Coordinate vendor and IT resolution
- Develop SOC SOPs playbooks and response protocols
- Dispatch incident response
- Ensure 24/7 coverage
- Escalate complex security events
- Lead and coach SOC specialists
- Maintain evidence integrity and chain of custody
- Monitor and respond to security events
- Monitor security KPIs and service levels
- Oversee badge access provisioning controls
- Partner with EHS facilities and lab operations
- Provide technical oversight for security systems
- Recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Review and approve incident reports
- Supervise daily SOC operations
- Support critical investigations
- Support incident documentation and reporting
- Support internal and external audits
- Troubleshoot security system issues
- Validate camera placement and system health
