- Ensure compliance with policies and audit standards
- Identify security trends and risks
- Lead incident escalation
- Maintain 24/7 SOC coverage
- Maintain evidence integrity and chain of custody
- Maintain incident documentation
- Manage hazardous material incident escalation
- Manage power disruption response
- Monitor SOC KPIs
- Monitor alarms and security events
- Oversee badge access provisioning
- Provide technical oversight of CCTV systems
- Provide technical oversight of access control systems
- Provide technical oversight of intrusion detection systems
- Respond to critical equipment alerts
- Respond to environmental alarms
- Review and approve incident reports
- Supervise SOC operations
- Support investigations
- Troubleshoot security system issues
- Validate camera placement and retention
- Validate system health
