Tasks
- Align GSOC policies procedures and objectives with client goals
- Analyze and plan for GSOC value delivery
- Create and deliver security reports presentations and meeting support
- Develop GSOC functionality and recommend technology upgrades
- Develop GSOC functions processes and operations
- Develop and monitor intelligence sources for potential threats
- Develop implement document training exercises
- Ensure adequate skilled staffing select employees
- Escalate inter company customer service issues
- Maintain GSOC accountability for systems and procedures
- Manage administer operational software programs
- Perform on call duty for after hours weekends and holidays
- Provide feedback to security management to mitigate failures
- Provide leadership and coaching to GSOC staff
- Recommend and execute change management for efficiency and quality
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls
- Set performance goals prioritize work and conduct appraisals
- Track key performance indicators and performance gaps
