- Complete regulatory and internal incident reporting
- Conduct security clearance background checks
- Conduct workload analysis and staffing planning
- Coordinate with director on projects and assignments
- Create security policies and protocols
- Develop and evaluate training programs
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Investigate public complaints and misconduct
- Lead during director absence
- Manage security office staff administration
- Oversee behavioral detection programs
- Oversee daily security operations
- Perform security equipment and vehicle audits
- Plan execute and audit special event security
- Review agent response and use of force
- Schedule and coordinate training processes
- Serve as bylaw administrator for enforcement duties
- Supervise and mentor security staff
- Support recruitment selection and onboarding
