Senior Associate, IT Security
Tasks
- Analyze network traffic and incidents
- Collect and analyze system logs and event data
- Coordinate system maintenance troubleshooting and testing
- Document incidents in incident management system
- Escalate security findings using protocols
- Maintain security tools updates and signatures
- Monitor security systems for irregular activity
- Perform Tier 1 help desk support
- Perform packet capture and interpret data
- Perform root cause analysis using device logs or SIEM
