Tasks
- Administer Entra ID RBAC and Conditional Access
- Conduct restore testing for RPO RTO
- Configure Azure Backup and ASR replication
- Create KPI reports and governance attestation packs
- Define client Azure onboarding delivery processes
- Develop Azure cloud management runbooks
- Enforce governance with Azure Policy and resource tagging
- Manage NSG and Azure Firewall policies
- Manage OS patching and updates
- Monitor Azure environment health and availability
- Perform cost optimization with Azure Cost Management and Advisor
- Produce spend reports and rightsizing recommendations
- Provision infrastructure using Terraform
- Review and manage Privileged Identity Management
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for client IT teams
- Triage Microsoft Defender for Cloud findings
