Tasks
- Conduct Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery drills
- Conduct capacity planning
- Design and implement security solutions
- Implement disaster recovery and failover procedures
- Improve infrastructure and security solutions
- Monitor systems and networks
- Participate in infrastructure network and security projects
- Perform backup operations for data protection
- Perform cloud health checks for high availability
- Provide escalation support for critical incidents
- Provide operational support for cloud and on prem infrastructure
- Provision configure monitor and troubleshoot systems
- Resolve complex infrastructure and security operational issues
- Support patch installation
- Verify and remediate security configurations for compliance
