Senior Counsel, Cybersecurity
Tasks
- Advise executives during material incidents
- Align cybersecurity governance policies with Zero Trust
- Co lead cyber product reviews and security architecture gates
- Coach business leaders to own cyber risk
- Conduct risk assessments for major programs
- Coordinate global cybersecurity and data protection legal obligations
- Coordinate tabletop exercises and debriefs
- Drive decision logs actions and risk acceptance processes
- Embed eDiscovery privilege and regulatory timelines in incident workflows
- Lead enterprise cybersecurity legal program
- Lead regulatory response readiness notifications and inquiries
- Manage executive incident response playbooks
- Manage vulnerability and cloud security roadmaps reporting
- Oversee policy lifecycle and approval metrics
- Own incident response legal aspects
- Perform AI risk assessments for products and internal tools
- Prepare documentation for regulators and attestations
- Prepare proactive and reactive media statements
- Provide board and executive briefings on cyber risk
- Support secure model deployment and vendor risk evaluations
- Track risk treatment plans and KRIs KPIs
- Translate AI incident reporting obligations into processes
- Translate AI regulatory developments into compliance requirements
