Tasks
- Build and maintain data pipelines
- Collaborate with Support team for customer communication tools
- Coordinate with DevOps organization
- Database management in cloud environment
- Design and implement data processing in big data environment
- Evaluate and recommend managed services over self-hosted solutions
- Identify efficient technology approaches for business logic
- Implement monitoring and alerting for SLAs
- Liaise with vendors and partners
- Manage cloud engineering and production costs
- Track and review SLAs
