Senior Desktop & Network Support Analyst
Tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders on support strategies
- Develop automation scripts with PowerShell and Linux
- Lead technical projects and initiatives
- Maintain OS, iOS, Linux imaging and software deployment
- Manage Endpoint environments for 3000+ devices
- Respond to incidents and conduct root cause analysis
- Support endpoint security technologies
- Support hybrid and cloud environments including Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure
