Tasks
- Build alerting dashboards and maintain system visibility
- Coordinate incident mitigation and SLA compliance
- Coordinate patching and configuration changes
- Execute secure release engineering pipelines
- Implement and monitor monitoring platforms
- Improve operational resilience for regulated standards
- Manage IAM platforms in production
- Operate IAM or security critical platforms
- Participate in on-call and incident response
- Remediate security vulnerabilities
- Secure production release management
- Support disaster recovery planning
- Triage and resolve customer facing issues
- Validate vulnerability fixes across environments
