- Manage Entra ID and Conditional Access
- Manage endpoint policies and compliance
- Mentor engineers and support onboarding
- Perform root cause analysis
- Plan technology lifecycle and roadmaps
- Script and automate with PowerShell or Python
- Serve as subject matter expert and provide design guidance
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Teams OneDrive and SharePoint
