Senior Director, Information Technology/Information Security
Tasks
- Act as escalation point for security incidents and threats
- Advise executives on technology investments risks and opportunities
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Define and execute IT and cybersecurity strategy
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and user experience
- Ensure regulatory compliance for cybersecurity
- Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability
- Establish and maintain IT policies procedures and controls
- Evaluate and implement systems to improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Implement project governance documentation and change management
- Lead IT projects system implementations upgrades and integrations
- Maintain documentation and reporting for executive and board visibility
- Manage Business Continuity Planning
- Manage IT budget vendor strategy and roadmap
- Manage outsourced IT providers using SLAs and KPIs
- Oversee IT operations for infrastructure applications and end user support
- Own and enhance information security program
- Support M and A technology due diligence and post acquisition integration
- Support audits regulatory exams and third party assessments
- Support data governance privacy and protection of client information
