Senior Engineering Manager - Security Engineering
Tasks
- Align architecture prioritization and resourcing with product and engineering leadership
- Build and lead centralized security engineering team
- Collaborate on risk and threat modeling with product and security teams
- Create structure and accountability in fast moving distributed environment
- Define operating model for security engineering work
- Design and implement security product features
- Hire develop and retain security focused software engineers
- Lead encryption identity and access network isolation and sandboxing initiatives
- Manage cross functional dependencies across engineering teams
- Own end to end security engineering delivery
- Plan roadmap and tracking systems for security product features
- Support compliance audit and assurance requirements with GRC and trust teams
