Tasks
- Administer Azure AD Entra ID SSO and SCIM provisioning
- Administer Microsoft 365 Exchange Teams and OneDrive
- Automate service desk and provisioning tasks using scripting
- Collaborate with infrastructure network and security teams for rollouts
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
- Follow change management and configuration standards
- Maintain asset records and assist lifecycle management
- Manage endpoint provisioning onboarding and imaging
- Participate in pilot testing and deployment of tools hardware and applications
- Perform patching deployment and compliance for desktop lifecycle
- Provide Tier II support for end user devices and applications
- Support desktop configuration and support process alignment
- Support new office and remote employee onboarding
- Troubleshoot hardware software and identity access issues
