- Administer IDAM and PIM tools
- Assist with audit and privileged access reviews
- Design and implement JML process
- Develop SOC standard procedures
- Develop documentation and support process improvements
- Manage access control processes
- Monitor system logs and SIEM activities
- Oversee tickets and escalations
- Produce management reports
- Stay updated on IDAM and PIM industry trends
- Support onboarding of applications
- Train team members on SAP and IDAM
