Senior Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer - Identity Governance
Tasks
- Automate workflows for identity lifecycle processes
- Conduct auditing and risk assessments
- Configure Privileged Access Management and privileged roles
- Design IGA workflows and controls
- Develop passwordless authentication roadmap
- Enforce RBAC least privilege and segregation of duties
- Implement identity provisioning deprovisioning and access requests
- Integrate identity governance into engineering and manufacturing environments
- Lead Identity Governance initiatives
- Maintain authorization evidence and documentation
- Maintain reporting dashboards and scorecards for UAR health
- Manage user access certifications user access reviews
- Monitor identity related incidents anomalous access and audit trails
- Optimize and standardize MFA
- Support Delinea PAM platform migration and configuration
- Troubleshoot identity related issues provide tier 3 support
