Senior Information Security Engineer
Tasks
- Assess risk based on data sensitivity and exposure
- Coordinate with Security Operations and business stakeholders
- Define escalation paths for exceptions and high impact cases
- Design blocking strategy for unapproved applications
- Develop and operationalize Shadow IT governance model
- Document blocking decisions with technical impact assessment
- Execute Shadow IT and Data Protection roadmap
- Maintain browser notification and block consistency
- Manage unblock requests and exception processing
- Partner with teams to remediate and move applications to approved services
- Tag approved applications automatically
- Track and report Shadow IT metrics and governance outcomes
