Tasks
- Administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory including domain trust and DNS
- Administer Exchange Online mail flow and mailbox management
- Administer SharePoint Online site collections permissions and sharing
- Automate workflows with Power Automate and Graph API
- Configure Microsoft Teams policies lifecycle management and integrations
- Configure endpoint compliance app protection and Autopilot
- Configure retention policies and hybrid Exchange setups
- Deploy and manage endpoints with Microsoft Intune
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant configuration and health
- Manage identity and access management with conditional access and MFA
- Monitor Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Purview
- Provide Tier 3 support for Microsoft 365 issues
- Provide insights and recommendations for Microsoft 365 usage
- Support OneDrive sync issues and implement DLP policies
- Support Teams voice calling plans and meeting configurations
- Support hybrid identity authentication
- Troubleshoot Azure AD Connect synchronization
