Senior IT Network and Security Administrator Engineer
Tasks
- Administer Active Directory group policy and software deployments
- Administer Windows servers and virtual machines
- Administer email and email security systems
- Administer software and licensing compliance
- Administer user accounts and password resets
- Apply ITIL request incident change and problem governance
- Conduct vulnerability scanning and patching
- Configure and support firewall switches and routers
- Coordinate penetration testing with external partners
- Develop security awareness and training
- Execute disaster recovery planning
- Implement continuous improvement best practices
- Implement data backup policies
- Install and support end user applications
- Maintain call accounting and reporting systems
- Maintain security incident response plans
- Maintain telecom infrastructure adds moves changes
- Manage disk space and data cleanup
- Manage encryption and multi factor authentication
- Manage helpdesk hardware and software issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets and service level tracking
- Manage internet and telecommunication across sites
- Manage local and cloud backups
- Manage system upgrades deployments and system changes
- Monitor and mitigate security issues
- Monitor server performance and apply security patches
- Plan and manage technology upgrade roadmap
- Provide end user computing support
- Research new cybersecurity technologies
- Secure network devices with patching
