Tasks
- Administer Microsoft 365 and cloud environments
- Architect and configure Microsoft Entra ID
- Architect and deploy Cisco Meraki networks
- Coordinate onsite client visits and project travel
- Design network segmentation and security policies
- Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API automation
- Ensure managed client IT security reliability and efficiency
- Identify root causes of recurring issues
- Lead client onboarding deployments
- Maintain knowledge base and document processes
- Manage Intune device management
- Mentor junior engineers
- Provide client communication on status findings and recommendations
- Resolve escalated tickets and project assignments within SLA
- Troubleshoot routing DNS NAT and VPN issues
