- Administer and develop Microsoft 365 environment
- Administer storage solutions
- Analyze and improve IT security measures
- Analyze and introduce new technologies and tools
- Automate and optimize processes with PowerShell
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure stable and high performance system operations
- Manage backup strategies and restore processes
- Manage identity and access management
- Operate and develop server and virtualization environment with Hyper V
- Optimize collaboration and workplace solutions
- Perform monitoring and performance optimization
- Plan and develop system landscape on prem and Microsoft 365
- Support 2nd level incidents
- Support and develop firewall and security solutions
- Support and lead IT projects
- Support rollouts and infrastructure projects
