Tasks
- Align contract strategy with planning engineering and construction needs
- Develop contract language for statements of work and work orders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory licensing and insurance requirements
- Lead contract administration process improvement and training materials
- Lead vendor onboarding and governance
- Manage vendor performance scorecards
- Negotiate and execute specialty agreements
- Oversee invoice processing and billing analysis
- Own contract lifecycle management
- Support dispute resolution and contract interpretation
