Senior Manager, Identity & Access Management
Tasks
- Conduct access reviews and certifications
- Create and monitor access workflows
- Develop IAM policies and conduct stakeholder training
- Develop IAM strategy and roadmap
- Ensure compliance with security standards and audits
- Implement and oversee SSO and MFA
- Integrate IAM signals into security workflows
- Lead and mentor IAM team
- Manage IAM vendors and contracts
- Manage identity lifecycle automation
- Onboard applications to IAM ecosystem
- Oversee Privileged Access Management
- Promote zero trust security practices
- Respond to identity-related incidents and root cause analysis
- Track and report KPIs and risk metrics
