Senior Manager, IT Security Operations
Tasks
- Define ITIL aligned incident request and change processes
- Enforce least privilege and segregation-of-duties
- Lead SOC operations and incident response
- Lead people development across service desk SOC and IAM teams
- Maintain MTTD MTTR and detection response SLAs
- Maintain runbooks playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Manage CIAM platform authentication flows and incident response
- Manage ITSM platform ServiceNow workflows and reporting
- Manage operational metrics dashboards and reporting
- Manage vendor relationships for MDR and security platforms
- Operate PAM with vaulting and session recording
- Operate PKI and certificate lifecycle management with Venafi CCM
- Own IAM operations including user lifecycle and access provisioning
- Own IT service desk operations and SLA management
- Produce audit ready evidence for internal and regulatory reviews
- Run identity governance and access certification campaigns
- Triage critical incidents and coordinate incident bridges
