Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator
Tasks
- Analyze systems issues and make recommendations
- Communicate technical information to non technical customers
- Document policies procedures and issues in ticketing and knowledge base
- Follow processes for customer request and issue resolution
- Install upgrade and maintain monitoring application software
- Maintain WAN concepts and data circuits
- Maintain call quality standards
- Maintain network devices routers switches access points and firewalls
- Maintain server operating systems on physical and virtual platforms
- Monitor server operating systems
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule
- Provide customer communication at appropriate level
- Work independently and as part of a team
