Tasks
- Analyze logs alerts and network traffic for security events
- Conduct firewall rules configuration and control reviews
- Develop and maintain runbooks and technical documentation
- Escalate complex issues related to firewalls VPNs and network security controls
- Execute firewall policy requests and manage rule changes
- Implement and roll out network security tools and upgrades
- Monitor troubleshoot and resolve network security incidents
- Perform firewall administration and configuration maintenance
- Perform packet capture and root cause analysis
- Provide day to day operational support for enterprise network security services
- Support secure remote connectivity using IPSec and SSL VPN
- Use scripting and automation to streamline security operations
