- Collaborate with MDR analysts and incident response teams
- Define and track onboarding metrics
- Define product workflows for agent deployment log collection and integrations
- Design and build AI driven onboarding troubleshooting and data processing capabilities
- Design self serve onboarding experiences
- Enable customers to connect data sources and validate ingestion
- Own end to end onboarding experience
- Translate onboarding challenges into scalable capabilities
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues with customers
