Tasks
- Align security practices with PCI DSS and GDPR
- Assess security risk and approve delay or block releases
- Communicate security risk trade offs and remediation options
- Coordinate penetration testing bug bounty and third party security assessments
- Develop security standards guardrails and review practices
- Drive vulnerability triage and prioritization
- Embed secure by design practices into SDLC
- Lead architecture reviews and threat modeling
- Monitor external threats and vulnerability trends
- Own end to end security reviews from design through release
- Perform secure design validation for APIs and microservices
- Support investigation and remediation of security incidents
- Translate SAST DAST SCA findings into remediation guidance
- Translate internal controls into engineering requirements
- Validate engineering assumptions and security control implementation
