Tasks
- Build expertise through training certifications documentation and solution development
- Develop reusable enablement resources technical content and educational materials
- Enable customers through webinars workshops hands on labs and demos
- Guide platform adoption implementation and best practices
- Partner with customer success managers to support customer success
- Provide architectural recommendations and technical consultation
- Serve as technical advisor to customers post sales
- Support adoption retention and long term value through technical guidance
