Tasks

• Build expertise through training certifications documentation and solution development
• Collaborate with account teams to drive adoption retention and long term value
• Deliver customer enablement webinars workshops hands on labs and office hours
• Develop reusable enablement resources technical content and educational materials
• Guide customers on platform adoption implementation and best practices
• Provide architectural recommendations and technical consultation
• Serve as technical advisor through post sales lifecycle
• Support customer success initiatives for source code management and CI CD workflows
