Tasks

• Advise teams on secure design and threat exposure
• Analyze findings and influence upstream risk reduction
• Coordinate red team adversary emulation and purple team exercises
• Define offensive security processes and standards
• Drive program maturity and continuous improvement
• Facilitate audit and regulatory assurance for offensive security
• Incorporate lessons learned emerging threats and control gaps
• Lead offensive security planning scheduling and execution
• Oversee adversary emulation exercises
• Oversee red team assessments
• Own offensive security lifecycle end to end
• Partner with engineering for remediation prioritization and timelines
• Prepare audit evidence artifacts walkthroughs and responses
• Provide orchestration across operators detection teams and vendors
• Track offensive security findings through remediation and validation
• Validate detection improvements through purple team exercises
• Validate issue closure through retesting or evidence
