- Administer SAP HANA databases
- Configure SNC and SSL certificates
- Configure and manage HANA system replication
- Implement SAP SSO and security
- Install and configure SAP BASIS
- Lead major incident response
- Maintain runbooks and standard operating procedures
- Manage SAP system refresh and kernel upgrades
- Manage SAP transport and spool processes
- Optimize SQL queries
- Perform SAP upgrades and migrations

- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Plan and execute disaster recovery
