- Maintain audit evidence and documentation
- Maintain federation and single sign on integrations
- Manage identity lifecycle joiner mover leaver
- Monitor automated provisioning workflows and escalate failures
- Perform access provisioning and governance
- Remediate access issues and reduce manual workload
- Resolve login multifactor authentication and provisioning incidents
