Tasks
- Align detections to MITRE ATTACK and threat models
- Create documentation standards and operational runbooks
- Design and improve detection logic using detection as code
- Engineer and maintain Cloudflare WAF rules and policies
- Integrate and manage vulnerability management and threat intelligence platforms
- Manage Cloudflare changes using infrastructure as code and GitOps
- Own Cloudflare security platform configuration
- Provide operational support for SIEM and runtime security tools
- Reduce configuration drift through controlled delivery processes
- Support incident response investigations and operational runbook improvements
- Tune security tools to reduce alert noise
- Use version control automated testing and CI CD for detections
