Senior Security Engineer
Tasks
- Build security tooling with infrastructure as code
- Conduct security risk assessments
- Coordinate penetration testing engagements
- Harden Azure environment across identity access management networking storage WAF configuration and logging
- Investigate suspicious activity using Sentinel and Defender
- Maintain and improve Microsoft Sentinel deployment
- Manage configuration drift
- Manage data connectors and reduce alert noise
- Manage security policies and provide posture recommendations
- Operate and optimize Microsoft Defender XDR
- Operate and optimize Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Perform threat modelling
- Review penetration test findings and prioritize remediation
- Support incident response evidence gathering and post incident review
- Triage escalate or contain security incidents
- Write and tune detection rules
