Tasks
- Administer ServiceNow platform
- Analyze workflows and recommend improvements
- Automate processes with Flow Designer
- Collaborate with global IT teams
- Configure ServiceNow modules
- Design workflows and business rules
- Develop and maintain REST SOAP integrations
- Document functional and technical specifications
- Ensure platform performance security scalability availability
- Gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Maintain CMDB accuracy and data integrity
- Maintain IntegrationHub integrations
- Manage change management processes
- Manage system upgrades patches enhancements
- Mentor junior administrators and analysts
- Participate in after-hours support
- Perform impact analysis for changes
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support
- Support governance compliance and audits
- Use Glide APIs for development
