- Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Bicep
- Automate patching backup validation scaling and compliance
- Build monitoring with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Build operational runbooks and on call processes
- Define SLIs SLOs Error Budgets MTTR
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
- Implement CIS benchmarks and vulnerability remediation
- Maintain dashboards SRE scorecards and SLA reports
- Manage AKS clusters and upgrades
- Manage Azure Virtual Machines and App Services
- Manage Sev 1 Sev 2 incidents
- Manage enterprise patch management and maintenance windows
- Present service reviews and reliability metrics
- Run blameless postmortems and drive preventive actions
- Secure workloads with Key Vault and Defender for Cloud
- Serve as primary technical contact for customers
