Tasks
- Develop tools, automations, and monitoring solutions
- Document SOPs and KB articles
- Drive improvements in systems and processes
- Implement fixes for internally developed code
- Improve operational excellence
- Interact with development, QA, and operations teams
- Manage support tickets
- Meet or exceed SLA obligations
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Perform software maintenance and configuration
- Prepare RCA documents
- Reproduce customer issues and file bug tickets
- Research and diagnose complex issues
- Stay current on infrastructure advancements
- Support 24/7 infrastructure and application support
- Support P1 & P2 customer issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve production software issues
- Understand Securonix Snypr application
- Update and track technical challenges
