Tasks
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Develop and implement patch and deployment strategies
- Ensure security compliance and vulnerability remediation
- Maintain and update Ivanti environment
- Manage operational delivery of Ivanti Endpoint Management Suite
- Manage security roles and access control
- Participate in project delivery for software distribution
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues
- Provide second and third line support
- Support system upgrades and migrations
- Support training on technical changes
