- Create trouble tickets for critical core service alerts
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- Gather data for government reports
- Install configure and maintain application and operating system software
- Install configure and maintain desktop laptops and mobile devices
- Install operating system patches and upgrades
- Maintain continuity log across shifts
- Maintain operating records
- Maintain software inventory and manage software licensing
- Monitor Azure server uptime
- Monitor Cisco Unified Communications Manager clusters
- Monitor Cisco Unified Presence clusters
- Monitor Microsoft 365 health
- Monitor enterprise portals using PowerShell
- Monitor enterprise servers and services via Riverbed
- Perform 24 7 checks for core enterprise services
- Perform phone checks for device functionality and security
- Perform system backups and recovery
- Perform tier one and tier two network support
- Perform tier one and tier two systems support
- Provide technical recommendations
- Provide troubleshooting and reporting via Remedy
- Remove old equipment and migrate data
- Respond to technical support requests
- Standardize hardware and software recommendations
- Support systems hosting operational databases
- Troubleshoot VTC equipment and escalate tier support
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and network connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot database customer support issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Update incidents and change requests to meet service level agreements
