Senior Systems Administrator
Tasks
- Automate and optimize systems with PowerShell Python and Ansible
- Design and implement enterprise IT infrastructure
- Develop and execute business continuity disaster recovery plans
- Lead strategic IT projects and mentor team members
- Maintain documentation SOPs and records in ticketing and change management systems
- Manage Windows servers desktops Active Directory and Office 365
- Manage integrations and automations for security and user experience
- Monitor maintain and enhance systems
- Perform system maintenance including patch firmware and updates
- Troubleshoot complex issues and act as escalation point
