Senior Systems Engineer (Microsoft Cloud & Cybersecurity for MSP)
Tasks
- Assist clients with migration requirements and technical guidance
- Collaborate with project managers sales and support teams for delivery
- Design implement and support Microsoft Cloud solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage L2 and L3 incidents and troubleshoot issues
- Monitor cybersecurity trends and recommend security improvements
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Cloud and cybersecurity solutions
