Senior Systems Engineer
Tasks
- Build centralized logging monitoring SIEM integration and alerting for security and compliance events
- Design implement and operate secure resilient audit ready cloud infrastructure
- Drive vulnerability management and patching with severity based SLAs
- Enforce zero trust for east west and north south traffic
- Implement encryption for data in transit and at rest with KMS key management and secret envelope encryption
- Lead production readiness for regulated AWS EKS platform
- Manage TLS certificate lifecycle issuance renewal rotation revocation and enforce certificate validation
- Operationalize secure platform tooling with Argo CD Vault Istio Grafana and RBAC service isolation audit logging and break glass
- Produce and maintain audit ready control evidence and documentation
- Secure EKS clusters and workloads with least privilege IAM IRSA pod security admission policies and runtime monitoring
- Secure private Snowflake connectivity and identity bound access from EKS workloads
- Support backup restore testing and disaster recovery exercises
